FLYDATES

Cookie Policy

Last updated: September 11, 2026

A cookie is a small file placed on your device when you visit a site. FLYDATES and certain third-party services may use cookies or similar technologies (e.g. browser local storage) for the purposes described below.

Necessary cookies

Required for the site to function; they cannot be disabled.

  • NEXT_LOCALE — remembers your chosen language (set automatically by the site's translation system).
  • Cookie consent preferences — stores your choices (browser local storage) so you are not asked again on every visit.

Functional cookies

Improve your experience by remembering non-essential preferences.

  • No additional functional cookie is currently used beyond the necessary items listed above.

Analytics cookies

Used to measure site usage in order to improve it.

  • Google Analytics — active only if you have given your consent in the cookie banner, and only in production.

Advertising cookies

Allow ads to be displayed, potentially personalized, and their performance measured.

  • Google AdSense — active only if you have given consent in the cookie banner, and only in production with a configured AdSense account.

Third-party cookies

Set by external services FLYDATES relies on or redirects to.

  • Affiliate links (Aviasales/Travelpayouts network) — the partner site you are redirected to after clicking "View offer" may set its own cookies, governed by its own policy, outside FLYDATES's control.
  • Google AdSense — see the "Advertising cookies" category above.

Managing your preferences

You can change your choices at any time via the "Cookie Settings" link at the bottom of every page, or by managing cookies directly from your browser settings.

Geographic scope of this mechanism

FLYDATES does not automatically detect your country of residence. As a precaution, the opt-in consent model (no non-necessary cookie set without explicit agreement) is applied to all visitors regardless of location. This technical approach is not legal advice: finer regional compliance (for example an IAB TCF framework for Europe) would require a dedicated solution and a legal review suited to your situation before going to production.
